On the Mend...and a Little Soar.

Glad you are feeling better, and the running is coming a long well.

I myself am very happy having dropped a full minute off my time consistently (Of course only when one was really horrid can an entire minute come off!!!!)

Have you been watching the trials??? Tyson Gaye is looking good. I also appreciated Muna Lee. and Lamong....from Sudan where I served with MSF!

I'm glad to hear you're moving in the right direction. You've posted some great pictures lately too. I have been watchng the trials. I have 1 former team mate that ran in the 110 hurdles and then another former team mate that is running in the steeple...one kid that I use to coach (indirectly because she was on the track team but not a distance runner) got into the trials in the Pole Vault. Another of the local kids got into the trails in the 400 hurdles (though she already ran and didn't do very well.) Also a friend of mine from high school came out of retirement to take another shot at making the team (Gabe won the 1500 meter and the 800 meter at the 2000 Olympic trials but quit running for a while.) So it's been an interesting trials, and there have been some GREAT races. The finish of the 800 was a testiment to the heart that it takes to compete at that level.
